You Are Somebody With:

Experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and configuration.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceive of innovative solutions.

Excellent communication, having the ability to convey complex concepts to clients.

Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects as well as team environments.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math related field.
What You'll Do:
If you are more "technically" inclined (e.g. developers, programmers, coders, etc.), you will:

Develop, configure, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements.

Design and implement automation scripts and Maximo Business Objects (MBO) to enhance system functionality.

Create and modify BIRT reports to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
-
Integrate Maximo with other systems using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and middleware.

Perform system upgrades and ensure the integrity and stability of the Maximo environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.

Stay updated with the latest Maximo features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
If you are "functionally" inclined (e.g. business analysts, project managers, etc.), you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
-
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from clients.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams
-
Assist in the development and implementation of Maximo solutions

Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements by testing solutions built by IT teams.
